comfort & clothing

Meditation practice/attunement is usually done sitting up, face to face, several feet apart from each other.

For Ortho-Bionomy and bodywork, I generally have my clients face up on the table. It’s more comfortable for back issues and ease of movement.

I generally work through loose, light clothing. Direct skin contact can be best for certain kinds of work, but this is easily negotiated while we’re underway (i.e. you can roll up a sleeve or pant leg).

Light sweats, shorts, T-shirts, sports bras, etc. are all good. You’ll be appropriately draped with a top sheet when needed.

I provide clean 100% cotton sheets, a table warmer, and use non-staining, organic, fractionated/MCT coconut oil.

safety

I’m vaccinated/boosted ad nauseam against Covid and flu, and I’m comfortable wearing a properly fitting KN95 mask. I always have it on when close to client’s faces.

I don’t work if I suspect a cold/flu and only ask that you treat me with the same consideration. In this way I protect my clients, friends, and family. I can also work outside for best ventilation, weather/shade permitting.

I have plenty of experience working with people under 18 and only require parental permission. Parents are welcome to check in anytime!
