I integrate elements of Ortho-Bionomy® to move the body away from pain and toward comfort, Frictional Fascial Work to restore gliding action, and Myofascial Release to rehabilitate injuries—all to relax muscles, hydrate fascia, and reset nerve receptors.
As I contact the body with energetic presence, the emotion associated with the injury stored in your tissues may arise. This is often the time to express and clear, making room for presence energy to come in and replace it, allowing your true light to shine through. I am the safe space in which that happens. It is the divine becoming conscious in us, transforming us.
